Realme 16 Pro ranks as the middle spec in the camera and battery lineup of Realme’s 16 series, in between Realme 16 and Realme 16 Pro+ devices. Release Date and Availability

Realme has been quietly releasing the Realme 16 Pro series’ specs over the past few days leading up to the launch. The Realme 16 Pro series started in India on 6th of January and GSMArena has listed the phone announced on 6 January 2026 and released on 8 January 2026. The Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ have been made available on January 9th on the Realme website, stores, and Flipkart. In addition to the Pro and Pro+, there’s also the standard Realme 16.

Realme 16 Pro Price in India and Global Market

At launch, the Realme 16 Pro was priced at Rs 31,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant, Rs 33,999 for 8GB/256GB, and Rs 36,999 for the 12GB/256GB model. However, the price of the Realme has not remained steady like most Realmes. The price in India has climbed up to a starting point of ₹37,999 by August 2026, and a different report states that it had seen a transient hike up to Rs 39,999 for the base variant before returning to Rs 37,999 on the Realme’s official website.

The phone is not officially available in the USA, but third-party retail trackers have unofficial pricing. Smartprix lists the 8GB/128GB as around $359 in the U.S., while the 8GB/256GB is priced in nearer to $559.

Can be as high as 1,400 nits in high brightness mode, up to 100% DCI-P3 color and features HDR10 for YouTube, Netflix, and other apps.
